How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 1–3 hours, depending on your location, traffic, and how busy we are.
If you order after 9PM, we’ll deliver the next day.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas in Bahrain, no exceptions.
How can I pay?
We accept BenefitPay and cash on delivery.
Pay when your order arrives, easy and flexible.
Why is delivery 2BD?
We use fast external couriers to get your order to you quickly.
The 2BD fee goes directly to them, thanks for understanding.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We import every item directly from the brands, no middlemen, no replicas.
Honestly, fakes are harder to find than the real thing. We keep it clean and legit.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes! Just DM us on Instagram @tidalbh with your order number and the updated address. We’ll handle it.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if the product is unused and unopened.
Email us at tidalbhofficial@gmail.com with: your order number, a photo of the item, its condition, your BenefitPay IBAN, your address.
There’s a 2BD pickup fee, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Once we confirm the product’s condition, we’ll refund you via BenefitPay.
