How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 1-3 hours! Depending on your location, traffic, and how busy we are, but we’ll get your order to you as fast as we can.
Orders placed after 9PM will be delivered the next day. For specific delivery times, just message us on Instagram @tidalbh with your order number!
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas in Bahrain!
How can I pay?
We accept BenefitPay and Cash, you can pay when your order arrives!
Why is delivery 2BD?
We deliver instantly using an external courier, which is why the fee is 2BD.
The full amount goes to them, thanks for understanding!
Are your products authentic?
Yes! We import our products directly from the brands we sell.
In fact, replicas are harder to source than the real thing so why go through the hassle? We take pride in offering only authentic, top-quality products!
Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?
Yes, you can! Just message us on Instagram @tidalbh with your order number and updated address, and we’ll take care of it.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns!
As long as the item is unused and the packaging is unopened, email us at tidalbhofficial@gmail.com with your order number, product condition, an image, your BenefitPay IBAN, and address.
Note: the delivery fee is non-refundable, and there’s a 2BD pickup fee for returns. Once we confirm the product’s condition, we’ll issue a refund to your BenefitPay.
